In 2017 I joined forces with a company I knew very well, Webential. Having worked alongside them on many projects and clients for the past 10 years or so I knew their technology was second to none and their Customer service was still old school phone calls and face to face meetings which I feel is paramount to great relationships.
So Webential and Driving Online joined together on a common project and Xtreme Digital was born. Our first product offering, Live Chat Agent, hit the ground running. And I do mean running… Within 3 months of working together and not sleeping or eating much, we had over 80 sites on board and we’re sending out over 750 leads per month, and we’re still growing. Our team went from 6 to 18 in a matter of months and they are all dedicated to making sure your website clients are serviced 24hrs a day 7 days a week. So while you focus on your strengths within the dealership we focus on ours in the virtual world.
It has been an amazing journey, our chat team could not be more focussed, flexible and Customer service minded and I am proud to say that I feel we have the best technology, reporting and processes in the Chat business to date.
